In 2009, television personality Mahlangu appeared as a friend out of four on the Vuzu docu-reality show Cream Cartel. She and Tol A$$ Mo starred in two seasons of her docu-reality series MoLove.
The series premiered on Wednesday, 17 October 2012. It covered the love life she and her husband share and their impending wedding.

Career
Mome Mahlangu gained national prominence as one of the four friends on the Vuzu docu-reality show Cream Cartel. She appeared on the show from 2009-2010.
Later, she starred in her docu-reality series MoLove with Tol A$$ Mo for two seasons. It debuted on Vuzu on Wednesday, 17 October 2012.
Mome appeared on season two of the Vuzu countdown show 10 Over 10 as a commentator in 2013. In the show, commentators offer comedic commentaries about celebrated personalities. The show covers topics on scandals, sexy sirens, the dirtiest love rats, and the raunchiest sports stars.
The television personality appeared as herself, with Tol A$$ Mo, Trevor Gumbi, Da L.E.S., and Maps Maponyane, in the comedy reality parody series The Real Jozi A-Listers. The series aired 13 episodes on Vuzu Amp in 2014 and on Vuzu in 2015.
On the MTV hidden camera prank show #YouGotGot, hosted by Tol A$$ Mo, she was a prankster for seasons one and two in 2015 and 2016.

Personal Life
Mome Mahlangu and her husband, Mongezi “Tol A$$ Mo” Ngcobondwane, celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary on 22 October 2022.
In July 2023, Tol A$$ Mo, a retired comedian, announced he and his wife are separated and are processing a divorce. He added that we would never marry a black wife again. Mome Mahlangu is a mother to Thandolwethu Khayalethu Bhidla Mahlangu, Khumo Mahlangu, and Nkosazana Te Amo.
Mome Mahlangu maintained a good relationship with her friend Riky Rick, who died on 23 February after taking his life. She struggled with the thought of losing her father or Riky Rick.
